SWEET REVENGE?

God is not some celestial being floating high up in the sky aimlessly!  He sees and knows all things. Psalm 94:9 says, “He who planted the ear, does He not hear? Or He who formed the eye, does He not see?”

Have you or someone you love ever suffered a major injustice? The anger, pain and torment of that injustice can eat away at you. Sometimes an injustice may come at the hands of a family member, a friend or at work. Injustice at any level is hard to endure. But there is help! God is able and willing to help us.

He says, “Never take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written: ”vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” say the Lord. Romans 12:19

God will repay - that is His promise and our assurance. God knows when and how to avenge us. God delivers vengeance with power and pure justice! We need to trust, obey and rest in God promise!
