A reminder Bible verse - God is a God of love in action. He wants us to imitate Him according to His ways. When we help and do good to others, it a type of praise to God and it pleases Him.
BIBLE VERSE-15Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise - the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. 16 And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased. Hebrews 13:15-16
